SB 217, 50th R.S.

Relating to amending a previous Act, so as to provide that any incorporated city or town in the State of Texas shall be authorized and empowered to levy and collect a city permit fee or a street rental charge on motor vehicles transporting passengers for hire under the provisions of a city ordinance and not under permit or certificate of the Railroad Commission of the State of Texas or the Interstate Commerce Commission.
