HB 324, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing that in counties having a population of three hundred and fifty thousand (350,000) or more according to the last preceding Federal Census, the Criminal District Attorney may, with the advice and approval of the Commissioners Court increase the salaries otherwise authorized by law and appoint additional assistants and employees and fix their salaries.
