Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for the continuation of the 129th Judicial District Court of Harris County and the 133rd Judicial District Court of Harris County as a permanent regular District Courts; providing for the continence of the office of the Judges thereof for the terms for which elected and for the election of Judges of such Courts thereafter; providing for the continuation of proceedings now pending.
