Relating to establishing a Police Officers Pension System in all cities of this State having a population of not less than one hundred and seventy-five thousand (175,000) inhabitants, nor more than two hundred and forty thousand (240,000) inhabitants, according to the last preceding or any future Federal Census; providing a saving clause; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.
