Relating to defining the offense of encouraging or contributing to child delinquency and prescribing the punishment thereof, stating the definition of the term delinquency, fixing the jurisdiction of the court, authorizing the court to suspend any sentence imposed and to require a bond conditioned on the performance of conditions imposed by the court.
