HB 769, 51st R.S.

Relating to amending a previous Act, empowering Commissioners Courts of counties to contract with U. S. Government for acquisition of any temporary housing on land which the U.S. Government may own, etc; providing that all laws and parts of laws herewith are repealed to the extent of the conflict only; providing that if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Act is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the validity of the remaining portions shall not be affected.
