HB 921, 51st R.S.

Relating to providing that the Board of Trustees in certain independent school districts shall have authority to borrow funds for purpose of supplementing funds on hand to construct school buildings; providing that in the event of conflict with the provisions of any other law, the provisions hereof shall take precedence and prevail to the extent of such conflict; providing a savings clause.
