Relating to amending certain statutes relating to Contingency Reserves of Mutual, Level Premium, Legal Reserve Life Insurance Companies, giving to the Board of Insurance Commissioners authority to issue appropriate orders under this Act; providing for the investment of all other contingency reserves and the payment of dividends to policy holders.
