Relating to amending certain statutes by providing for the creation of private corporations to furnish the agent upon whom process may be served, to act as agent for receipt of communications and notices, to establish and maintain registered offices for corporations and other organizations, domestic or foreign, and for individuals, and for the performance of any lawful act in connection therewith.
