Relating to creating an additional criminal district court for Harris County, prescribing the jurisdiction thereof; providing for the organization of the court; providing for the transfer and docketing of cases; providing for trial and disposition of cases in a criminal district court during the absence of the judge thereof; prescribing the qualifications, jurisdiction, duties and powers of the judge thereof; providing for the appointment, election and compensation of the judge; making an appropriation; providing for a seal of the court.
