Relating to declaring it to be a misdemeanor for a person to keep, occupy or use, or permit to be kept, occupied or used, a place, building, room, table, establishment or apparatus for playing policy; to deliver or receive money or other valuable consideration in playing policy; to have in his possession knowingly any writing or document, number, device, slip or article used in any manner in connection with what is commonly called policy.
