Relating to amending certain statutes relating to Thanksgiving Day; by removing from the enumeration of legal holidays the phrase "and all days appointed by the President of the United States or by the Governor, as days of fasting and thanksgiving" and adding to the enumeration the phrase "the last Thursday in November."
