HB 401, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain statutes relating to the appointment of Assistant District Attorneys in any Judicial District in this State consisting of three (3) or more counties and in which there is situated a City of not less than fifty thousand (50,000) people nor more than sixty thousand (60,000) people; fixing the salary of said Assistant District Attorney, to be paid by the County in which said City is located.
