Relating to establishing the Probate Court of Dallas County; defining the jurisdiction thereof and conforming to such changes the jurisdiction of the County Court of Dallas County; and providing for the transfer of matters and proceedings from the County Court of Dallas County to said Probate Court of Dallas County, declaring the validity in the transferred cases of writs and process extant at the time of such transfer; granting said Court certain powers.
