Relating providing the procedure on interstate extradition; defining Governor, Executive Authority and State; prescribing the duty of the Governor in interstate extradition; providing for interpretation of this Act; providing for the repeal of acts or parts inconsistent with provisions of this Act; declaring the provisions of this Act to be severable; providing penalty for non-compliance with provision for rights of accused person.
