Relating to providing that the Judges of the County Courts at Law Nos. 1 and 2, of Bexar County, Texas, shall receive an annual salary of Eight Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($8,250), payable in equal monthly installments out of the General Fund of Bexar County upon orders of the Commissioners Court.
