Relating to amending certain acts regulating the gross weight of commercial motor vehicles, truck-tractors, trailers, semi-trailers, and combinations thereof when operated outside the limits of an incorporated city or town and limiting the weight which may be carried on any wheel, tire or axle or group of axles of such vehicles or combinations thereof.
