SB 76, 52nd R.S.

Relating to authorizing the appointment, by the District Attorney for the 79th Judicial District, of an Assistant District Attorney for the 79th Judicial District and an Investigator in the 79th Judicial; fixing the compensation of said investigator and assistant and providing for the manner in which same shall be paid; providing for the powers and duties of said assistant and investigator; authorizing said investigator to serve as probation officer in the 79th Judicial District.
