SB 241, 52nd R.S.

Relating to amending the Penal Code relative to the crime of burglary, so as to provide that any person who shall commit burglary by use of any acetylene torch or electric arc or nitroglycerin, dynamite, gunpowder or other high explosive shall be confined in the State penitentiary for any term of years not less than five (5).
