HB 109, 53rd R.S.
Relating to providing that for a period of two (2) years, commencing September 7, 1953, vehicles used exclusively to transport ready-mix concrete may be operated upon the public highways of this State with a tandem axle load not to exceed thirty-six thousand (36,000) pounds by first filing with the State Highway Department a properly conditioned surety bond.
