Relating to creating Road District Number 6, Cherokee County, Texas, and specifically setting out its boundaries, including therein a portion of the territory embraced in Road District Number 3, authorizing the Commissioners Court to continue to levy an ad valorem tax in such territory for the payment of its pro rata share of the principal and interest on all outstanding bonds of Road District Number 3.
