Relating to applying to certain Navigation Districts; excepting Navigation districts in the counties of Matagorda, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Chambers, Galveston and Harris;; authorizing the deposit of District revenues (as therein defined) in banking corporations; containing provisions relating to said Districts and revenues and deposits; validating said Districts and bonds thereof heretofore issued by and acts and proceedings of Governing Boards and officers of said Districts.
