Relating to amending Statutes so as to provide for the making of special inspections of steam boilers by the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics when requested by any person, firm or corporation; authorizing the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics to fix and collect such charges to cover the actual cost of such inspection; providing that such charges collected shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the "State Boiler Inspection Fund".
