Relating to defining and regulating the practice of practical nursing in this State; requiring all persons engaged in practical nursing to be licensed through the State Board of Health and requiring payment of certain license fees; prescribing the qualifications for licenses; providing for approval and licensing of schools of practical nursing and for payment of fees for such licenses; making other provisions relative to issuance, renewal, suspension and revocation of licenses; prescribing certain offenses and fixing a penalty therefor; providing for severability.
