Relating to amending certain Acts so as to amend the definition of a "subdivision of an underground water reservoir; adding an additional definition of waste; dealing with the exclusion of grazing land while water is being produced only for domestic and stock raising purposes; to authorize underground water districts to require permits for the drilling, equipping and /or completion of water wells, as set forth.
