Relating to implementing the provisions of the Adult Probation and Parole Law; providing for the investigation by probation and parole officers; providing that the Board of Pardons and Paroles shall administer the provisions of this act; providing for the appointment of a Director of Probation and Parole and the method thereof and prescribing his duties and powers; providing for the appointment of probation and parole officers and other employees; making an appropriation for carrying out the provisions of this act; providing for a savings clause.
