Relating to requiring courts in all felony cases of suspended sentences under the Suspended Sentence Law or the Adult Probation and Parole Law, prior to releasing defendant, to have prepared a transcript of defendant's fingerprints, description, and other pertinent information; providing for transmittal thereof to Texas Department of Public Safety.
