Relating to providing for a method of giving notice of elections to he held in independent school districts, created by local or special law; providing that notice of such elections may be given in accordance with the general law or hereafter prevailing or in accordance with the provisions of any special or local law governing such districts at the option of the trustees thereof; providing that either method may be followed.
