Relating to providing that the Judge of the County Court at Law of El Paso County, Texas, shall receive an annual salary of Seven Thousand, Four Hundred Dollars ($7,400.00), payable in equal monthly installments out of the General Fund of El Paso County upon orders of the Commissioners Court.
