Relating to enacting the Texas Classification Act; defining certain terms; providing for the establishment of a Classification Plan for the departments and agencies of the State Government; providing certain exceptions; prescribing the powers and duties of the Governor with respect to the Classification Plan; creating the State Classification Officer and outlining his duties; appropriating funds for the temporary administration of this act.
