Relating to conserving the fish marine resources of Calhoun, Victoria, Jackson and Matagorda Counties in the area of Matagorda Bay by providing a test closed season for three years, by prohibiting the taking of shrimp, of any species by use of certain nets and shrimp trawls, in and from the inland tidal waters of Matagorda Bay, west of the Colorado River.
