HB 180, 54th R.S.
Relating to regulating transportation of persons for hire or compensation over the public roads, highways, and bridges of this State whether as a common carrier, contract or charter carrier, or as a transportation agency or as a bureau, or as a broker for hire to obtain a co-traveler or co-travelers to share the expense of the trip proposed or otherwise, or to act as an intermediary in connection therewith, or as a broker for hire, agent or otherwise, unless the motor vehicle used in connection therewith is properly equipped with license plate issued by the Railroad Commission of Texas under the laws of the State of Texas.
