Relating to authorizing the State Building Commission to take the necessary action to implement the relevant section of the Constitution of the State of Texas; defining such Commission's organization, authority, and duties; providing for choice of sites, and construction of the State Supreme Court Building, State Office Building, and memorials authorized by the Constitution; making an appropriation from the State Building Fund to finance organization and operation of the State Building Commission and the planning, design, purchase of site, and construction and equipping of buildings and memorials authorized by the Constitution.
