Relating to establishing minimum wages and maximum hours of work in public works; declaring policy and purpose relative to protection of working men and women and prevention of unfair competition between public and private employers; defining terms; providing duties of employers to work employees not more than 8 hours per day nor 40 hours per week nor less than statutory wages and to keep records relative to such employment in public works.
