Relating to providing, through a highway use tax, revenues for the construction, perpetuation and maintenance of highways and roads and to pay the cost of administering and enforcing the levy and collection of the tax imposed herein; defining terms used in the Act; providing for a highway use permit and the fees therefor; providing for the denial, revocation or suspension of such permit; setting a schedule for the tax provided herein; specifying exemptions; providing for returns and the keeping of records under this Act and the manner of making such returns and payment of the tax.
