Relating to validainge certain orders and resolutions of County Boards of Trustees relating to county-line school districts, county-line rural high school districts, and county-line independent school districts; validating the boundaries of such districts and all other districts redefined by order or resolution of County Boards of Trustees; authorizing the levy, assessment and collection of taxes; providing a saving clause.
