Relating to declaring and recognizing the existence of a property interest in land created by contracts and agreements entered into by and between producers of gas and purchasers and takers or gas which contain certain enumerated covenants; requiring reports from any person, firm, association or corporation who owns, controls or receives the benefits of any such property interest, showing the total amount of gas received; levying an occupation tax against such persons, firms, associations and corporations measured by the volume of gas purchased, received or taken, and providing for payment of such tax; fixing the effective date and expiration date.
