HB 515, 53rd R.S.
Relating to giving original concurrent jurisdiction of the offense of driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated, to City Courts in cities having a population of over 50,000 according to the last United States Census, providing that appeals in convictions of such offense in said courts shall lie to the Court of Criminal Appeals, and not to the County Courts.
