Relating to amending the subject matter of the Veterans Land Board - Veterans Land Fund Act; providing the Board may not offer sale, and no veteran will be permitted to buy, land which will cost the Board more than Twelve Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00); providing that no veteran shall be permitted to purchase more than one tract of land under this Act, except those veterans who purchased land under this Act prior to September 1, 1953, will be permitted to purchase a second tract which costs the Board no more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00); providing that the Board can purchase a tract of land for not exceeding Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), if the Board pay not to exceed Twelve Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00) of the purchase price.
