SB 23, 53rd R.S.
Relating to repealing all laws and parts of laws, general or special, which provide that, when an incorporated city or town having boundaries which coincide, in whole or in part, with the boundaries of an independent school district annexes to such city or town territory adjoining any such common boundary, the territory so annexed shall automatically become a part of such independent school district.
