Relating to amending certain Acts relative to admission taxes on places of amusement, so as to change the base rate of the tax as to admissions to theaters, motion picture theaters, operas, plays and like amusements and so as to provide for penalties for failure to make the quarterly report or to make a false or incomplete report or failure to pay the tax when due.
