HB 406, 53rd R.S.
Relating to amending certain Acts relating to county law libraries, so as to provide that the Commissioners Courts of Texas shall be authorized to fix the assessment to be made in each civil case for the maintenance of such library, a sum not to exceed five dollars ($5.00).
