Relating to amending certain Statutes to provide for the creation of private corporations for the purpose of conducting, maintaining, operating and carrying on a managing general insurance agency for the soliciting, procuring, writing, processing, servicing and dealing in all types, kinds and classes of insurance and bonds issued by regularly incorporated insurance companies, domestic and foreign (except life).
