Relating to employment of children and hours thereof, and regulating employment of children during the school hours, providing for issuance of a Work Permit by the County Superintendent of Public Instruction of the County Judge, providing for inspections by the Commissioner of Labor Statistics and the County Superintendent of Public Instruction or the County Judge, providing for penalties for violations of this Act.
