Relating to making it unlawful to use any net in the waters of Caddo Lake and its tributaries for the purpose of taking fish between the hours of sunset and sunrise; making it unlawful to use a gig in the waters of Caddo Lake and its tributaries for the purpose of taking fish; providing a penalty for violation of this Act.
