SB 270, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain statutes by defining the territory which may be annexed by certain cities, providing that annexation shall be accomplished in accordance with such provisions as may be contained in the charter of such city, and providing that the procedure prescribed by such charter shall afford reasonable public notice and hearing; setting a limit upon the time within which the validity of an annexation proceeding had by any such city may be attacked.
