SJR 4, 52nd R.S.

Proposing an amendment authorizing the Legislature to make appropriations from the general fund for the purpose of securing bonds and other obligations hereafter issued by municipal corporations or political sub-divisions of the State to the extent of one-third of such bonded indebtedness for the purpose of aiding the conservation and application to beneficial uses of the water resources of the State under certain conditions and to make appropriations therefor for more than two years.
