SB 381, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain acts to provide that streets upon or along a boundary of any city referred to in said Act may be improved by such city whether lying wholly within its limits, partly within and partly without its limits, or wholly without its limits, and that the assessments provided in such Act may be levied against the abutting property outside of the limits of the city initiating the improvement, subject to approval thereof by the governing body of any other city within which such abutting property lies.
