Relating to amending certain statutes by providing that the Railroad Commission of Texas shall prorate and regulate daily production of natural gas to prevent waste and adjust correlative rights; designating when the Commission shall so prorate and regulate; providing that the Commission shall determine the status of gas production and shall allocate the allowable among the wells in the pools, reservoirs and zones in the State, excepting casinghead gas; specifying certain factors to be considered by the Commission in determining daily allowables.
