HB 151, 52nd R.S.
Relating to providing that all licenses to practice medicine in this State hereafter issued by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners pursuant to examination shall be temporary and providing exceptions; providing for the extension of temporary certificates issued to persons in the military, air or naval forces of the United States; providing for the granting of permanent licenses; requiring twelve (12) months' practice in a city, town or village of less than two thousand five hundred (2,500) population; providing penalties.
